Câu 1. (40,0 điểm)

a. Theo công văn số 792/BGDĐT-NGCBQLGD ngày 25/02/2014 của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo về việc hướng dẫn thực hiện yêu cầu cơ bản về năng lực giáo viên tiếng Anh phổ thông; theo đó, quy định 5 lĩnh vực cần đạt đối với giáo viên phổ thông. Anh/chị hãy trình bày lĩnh vực 3: Kiến thức học sinh và lĩnh vực 4: Giá trị và thái độ nghề nghiệp (trình bày bằng tiếng Việt).

b. Anh/chị hãy thiết kế hoạt động "While-listening" để thực hiện tiết dạy học kỹ năng nghe (Listening) theo định hướng phát triển năng lực học sinh (trình bày bằng tiếng Anh).

At 6.30 in the morning, the bus collected Ba and his family from their home. After picking everyone up, the bus continued north on Highway Number 1. It crossed the Dragon Bridge and stopped at the gas station to get some fuel. Then, it left the highway and turned left onto a smaller road westward. This road ran between green paddy fields, so the people on the bus could see a lot of cows and buffaloes. The road ended before a big store beside a pond. Instead of turning left towards a small airport, the bus went in the opposite direction. It didn't stay on that road for very long, but turned left onto a road which went through a small bamboo forest. Finally, the bus dropped everyone off at the parking lot ten meters from a big old banyan tree. It parked there and waited for people to come back in the evening.

I will never forget my visit to the Japanese city of Hamamatsu. I decided to go at the beginning of May, when the local people have their kite festival. Every year, between the 3rd and 5th of May, the local people fly colorful kites to bring their children good health, strength and courage. On the way there I read a little about the history of the Hamamatsu Kite Festival. Apparently, it all started about 430 years ago, when the lord of the region sent a huge kite into the sky with his child’s name on it. 

When I arrived there, a few days before the beginning of the festival, I was amazed at the preparations. Some people were making enormous kites, while others were busy decorating brightly-colored floats. Everywhere I went I could smell cakes and sweets cooking, ready for the big festival.

On the first day of the festival, the sky was filled with huge, colorful kites. I was so excited that I couldn't take my eyes off the sky. "The aim of the battles," explained an old man, "is not to win a prize, but for the team to show off their skills by knocking the other teams' kites out of the sky." He also told us that each team was flying a kite for a family who had recently had their first child. I noticed that every team had different costumes, which were embroidered with elaborate designs to match the ones on their kites. They wore scarves around their heads and they had to wear gloves to protect their hands from the kite strings. The kite teams were mostly men, but hundreds of women and children came to watch the event. The atmosphere was fantastic, and all round me people kept waving flags, hanging drums, playing trumpets and blowing whistles. At the same time, the teams were furiously tugging their opponents' kites to the ground, I couldn't help admiring them for putting on a stunning show.

On the last evening of the festival, I really enjoyed walking around the city center and watching the floats. People put an incredible amount of work into making them and they were really beautiful. It made me feel sad to think that I would leave for Tokyo for the next day, but I knew that the memories of the kite festival would stay with me forever.

Future home is an exhibition of where we will live in the future and what our homes will be like, and it is coming to the Museum of Mankind on this September. The organizers say there are going to be hundreds of interesting house models and there will to be plenty of fantastic things for all age groups. One of the most exciting things to see will be the model of the Space Hotel, designed by the Shimuzu Corporation of Japan. As soon as space travel become cheaper, the hotel will be built about 90 km above Earth. The hotel itself will have their own air supply and food will be flown up to there from Earth on space shuttles. There will be a total of 64 guest rooms. At last, tourisms themselves will be able to enjoy looking down on Earth from space.
