“Bánh Xèo” is a popular street food in Southern Vietnam, especially in Can Tho city, there is a unique place for this speciality which is “Bánh Xèo 7 Tới” restaurant. “Bánh Xèo” is a savory, crispy pancake made from rice flour, turmeric, and coconut milk.
