Read the following passage and mark the letter A, B, C, or D to indicate the best answer to each of the following questions from 18 to 27.

The difference between a leader who creates long-term value and one who merely goes through the motions often comes down to a commitment to lifelong learning. [I] In today's rapidly changing business environment, organisations around the world face significant transitions. [II] Companies need talents capable of adapting up-and-downs in supply chains and keeping up with innovations and new technologies. Organisations that prioritise lifelong learning are better equipped to tackle unexpected challenges, such as pandemics. [III] This underscores the importance of lifelong learning and highlights the need to develop effective lifelong learning strategies. [IV]

Firstly, cultivating this mindset requires using time wisely. A significant hurdle to learning new skills or achieving goals is finding the time to do so. Time is a precious resource, and we must focus it on what matters most. Without a purposeful strategy, our objectives may become lost among competing responsibilities.

Secondly, routines often shape our mornings, evenings, and daily activities. Effective time management begins with a clear understanding of our goals and the reasons behind our tasks. By being mindful of how we allocate our time, we can make consistent progress toward our aspirations.

Additionally, we should remain open to feedback, which is a key tool for assessing growth in both personal and professional contexts. While performance evaluations may be uncomfortable, embracing feedback enables us to monitor our development and improve. Input from others is essential for our learning and improvement. So, remember to pay attention to the feedback you receive and use it as an opportunity to build on what you have learned. To truly become lifelong learners, we must welcome challenges from others and allow ourselves to grow.

Read the following passage and mark the letter A, B, C, or D to indicate the correct answer to each of the questions.

As a teacher, every day is a new day, you never get bored. When you enter your classroom you have no idea what is going to happen. One minute you can have a parent yelling at you, and the next you can find out that your whole class passed their exam with flying colors. There is always something going on, from lesson plans to field trips, to planning holiday parties and holding teacher conferences.

Teaching allows you to express yourself. You can be silly and do things that you would never do in front of other adults. Your classroom is your domain, a place where you are free to show off your personality and craft and create anything that you wish. Now how many jobs allow you to do that?

A lot of graduate students like the idea of a teaching profession because most of the time teachers only work about 180 school days a year (notice I said “school days” because we all know we work a lot more than that). Teaching is a very stressful and demanding job, but it also allows for time off over the holidays. This “time” gives you a great opportunity to travel, have fun with friends, and spend time with your family. One of the best reasons to love your job is that it gives you the time off that you deserve.

Unlike most careers, a teaching career has the opportunity to inspire students, not only academically but personally as well. If you think back to when you were a child, I'm sure you can recall at least one teacher that really stood out and made a difference in your life. Teaching is touching the lives of your students, making connections that will last a lifetime, and providing them with inspiration that will take them places in their lives.

When you are passionate and compassionate for something that you love, it will shine through. When you love what you do, not only will you make a difference in your students' lives, but you will make a difference in your own as well.
