THÌ HIỆN TẠI HOÀN THÀNH TIẾP DIỄN

The present perfect continuous tense

1. Cấu trúc của thì hiện tại hoàn thành tiếp diễn

Câu khẳng định	S + have/ has + been + V-ing Ví dụ: – It has been raining for 1 week. (Trời mưa 1 tuần rồi.) – She has been living here for one year. (Cô ấy sống ở đây được một năm rồi.)
Câu phủ định	S + haven’t / hasn’t + been + V-ing Ví dụ: – I haven’t been studying English for 5 years. (Tôi không học tiếng Anh được 5 năm rồi.) – She hasn’t been watching films since last year. (Cô ấy không xem phim từ năm ngoái.)
Câu nghi vấn	Have/ Has + S + been + V-ing ? Yes, S+ have/ has No, S + haven’t/ hasn’t Ví dụ: – Have you been standing in the rain for more than 2 hours? (Bạn đứng dưới mưa hơn 2 tiếng đồng hồ rồi phải không?) Yes, I have./ No, I haven’t. – Has he been typing the report since this morning? (Anh ấy đánh máy bài báo cáo từ sáng rồi rồi phải không?) Yes, he has./ No, he hasn’t.

2. Cách dùng thì hiện tại hoàn thành tiếp diễn

+ Diễn tả  hành động bắt đầu trong quá khứ và vẫn còn đang tiếp diễn, hoặc vừa mới kết thúc.

Ex:

- I have been searching for information about further education for several days.

(Tôi đã tìm kiếm thông tin về giáo dục đại học mấy ngày nay.)

- The playground is wet. It has been raining.

(Sân ướt. Trời vừa mới mưa xong.)

+ Hành động có thể dùng thì HTHT hoặc HTHTTD với những động từ nhất định: hope (hi vọng), learn (học), lie (nằm), live (sống), look (tìm), rain (mưa), sleep (ngủ), sit (ngồi), snow (tuyết rơi), stand (đứng), stay (ở lại), study (học, nghiên cứu), teach (dạy), wait (chờ đợi), work (làm việc),...

3. Sự khác biệt giữa thì HTHT và HTHTTD

- Đối với HTHT tập trung vào kết quả của hành động. Trong khi, thì HTHTTD tập trung vào hành động có thể vẫn chưa kết thúc.

Ex: I have learnt a lot about it from different website. (the action is completed)

(Tôi đã học về nó từ nhiều trang web.) => hành động đã kết thúc

I have been learning to drive. (the action is not completed)

(Tôi đã và đang học lái ô tô.) => hành động chưa kết thúc

I have read this book. (the action is completed)

(Tôi đã đọc xong quyển sách này.) => hành động đã kết thúc

I have been reading this book. (the action is not completed)

(Tôi đã và đang đọc quyển sách này.) => hành động chưa kết thúc

- Thì HTHTTD cũng có thể diễn tả hành động liên tục không bị gián đoạn. Nếu chúng ta đề cập đến số lần hành động được lặp đi lặp lại, ta dùng thì HTHT.

Ex: I have been writing emails all afternoon.

(Tôi đã và đang viết thư điện tử cả buổi chiều.)

I have written ten emails this afternoon.

(Chiều nay tôi đã viết xong 10 bức thư điện tử.)

Task 1. Chọn đáp án đúng.
