It is clear that if someone works for a long time, he or she may have more opportunities to become a major in this field. Secondly, the worker also has a chance to get a higher salary. In Japan, for example, many companies pay more bonus for their employees who done for a long time. Finally, longer time working in a company could be a crucial aspect to help someone promoted.

On the other hand, I believe that changing jobs will have more advantages. One of the most benefits is the employees become more active. This factor is vital in model society where demands and skills are becoming higher than ever. In addition, changing for a new job also brings a better choice. After working for the company, the worker would find another job which is more suitable for him. My brother, for instance, changed four different companies until he finding a relevant job now. Apart from this, moving companies gives a heavy salary boost in comparison to staying put at same place. It helps human race to meet their financial targets. Hence, they tend to transit from one workplace to another.

For instance, a software developer expert in different platforms and programming languages are better suited for large software companies and their careers often include working in different companies.

After analysing these two outlooks, it can be assumed that sticking to one company for life-long can offer professional growth, but altering companies can benefit both personal and professional life. Thus, it is expected that people will opt for shifting organisations for having a prosperous life.

Your work will become easier for you, and you will not explore your hidden advantages to deal with new challenges. Thus, if you just adapt to your current work, you won’t be able to build your confidence. Therefore, you need to work with several companies with different responsibilities to improve and experience along with confidence.

Secondly, we need to give us the opportunity to pursue bigger challenges. It is considered that there must be bigger and new chances to expand your view in the new environment. You can meet a wide range of people who come from different backgrounds. Therefore, you can learn many things to develop and inspire your mind from them. After that, it is more open to thinking wider and further to pursue bigger challenges. So, you should flourish your development and always bring freshness into your knowledge and experience every single day. I can say that if you have to switch your job to a higher position in another company you should grab it. You never know what potential is waiting for you!

Finally, we need to familiarize ourselves with all types of products to increase our skills and knowledge in our field as there are so many products and areas we need to be familiar with. If you want to promote or develop yourself efficiently you should have optimal knowledge about all of them. For instance, if you are a marketing person, there are diverse kinds of products available in the market likely: electronic, consumer goods, foods, clothes, automobiles and others. All the products that I mentioned need marketing; however, they all have their own specific features and that means they have different customers and markets. Therefore, you need to be familiar with all industries products in your field to promote and accomplish your mission.

To conclude, we would prefer to work for different companies that could share with us specific advantages to build confidence as well as give us the opportunity to pursue bigger challenges and familiar with diverse kind of industries.

While they work with different cultures, they have the opportunity to learn more and better and be promoted faster than people who work for the same organization forever. They can develop their careers and be promoted to better positions with great benefits. On the other hand, people who work for the same organization for all their working life are loyal to their working place, and this is a good thing. If their organization has limited positions or a tight management pyramid, these employees will stay in the same position more before they are promoted. Maybe some organization managers would love to have such kinds of employees. From my experience, good managers would prefer to have employees who want to develop their careers and not stay in the same position for a long time. It is great to stay in the same position for a maximum of two-three years and to move to the second level in their career, and if they can't do that  in the same organization, they must move on  to  another one.

Finally, changing positions between organizations develops our careers faster than staying in the same organization, especially if we stay longer than two-three in the same position without being promoted to a higher position.

For example, an employee with 5 years’ working experience has a higher chance of being a manager than a new hire worker.

On the other hand, some people may think that it is boring to work only at a company, so they tend to move from one organisation to another. This condition brings them into new positions, new cultures, and new workplaces. Furthermore, changing workplaces makes them learn new things and get different experiences.

Sometimes, people also consider others factor such as salary, comfort, and distance from home as the main reason to move out to others company. There are so many cases where people move out to another organisation because they want to get higher salaries than before, or just because the distance of the new company is near their home so they can easily travel there.

From my point of view, indeed working in similar organisation for the rest of your career life is a good thing. It gives you a sense of stability and you have no need to look for another job. However, I prefer to work in some organisations, so I can gain many experiences from different workplaces, try dissimilar positions, meet new people, and learn new things.

Another compelling reason for the idea is that individuals can think in imaginary ways instead of stereotypes when they have already understood clearly about their company. For example, in the marketing field where the imagination is encouraged usually, non-experienced laborers are still accepted.

In conclusion, although both views certainly have some validity, it seems to me that it is better to work for several organizations instead of just only one.
