Some people think that introducing new technology can improve people’s quality of life in developing countries - mẫu 1

Education and technology are instruments for accelerating development in developing countries. The issue of debate is whether new technology should be provided in developing countries or free education should be offered. I believe that a combination of education and technology has to be given.

Those in favor of providing free education say that these countries need education before anything else. For the majority of underdeveloped countries, the quality of life is deteriorating despite several decades of development efforts. The gap between the developed and underdeveloped countries is therefore widening by the minute. It is very imperative that swift steps be taken to bridge this knowledge gap without which the economic and social disparity will widen even more rapidly. A good educational system should focus on laying the best foundation of knowledge and skill that are laid during the first years of education. What these countries need is good education and training that can match the technological revolution.

Supporters of technology say that most educational institutions in these countries lack quality educational materials. Library collections have become out of date and the laboratory equipment is most often old. Therefore, it would seem almost impossible for these countries to set up efficient educational systems without the availability of multimedia and information technology.

What is more, students can use technologies to access courses not available at their school; rural students can complete their studies without leaving their communities, and adults can take advantage of a more flexible study schedule. Cultural development will also benefit as knowledgebases of art, culture and history can be easily created, made widely accessible and easily updated.

To put it in a nutshell, I pen down saying that the best possible thing to do would be to provide both education and technology simultaneously. It would also be a much cheaper alternative to provide education with the help of technology.

There is little room for doubt that the equality between education and technology in terms of their influences on people's life has long been recognized. The matter of whether new technology should be provided or if inhabitants living in underdeveloped countries are entitled to free education has sparked a source of constant debate. I believe that a combination of education and technology should be the priority of any civilization.

Proponents of free education argue that academic perspective has long been regarded as the prerequisite to the affluence of any society. In simple terms, nothing seems to be more beneficial to the economy than an intelligent nation. The case is true that the standard of living in underdeveloped countries has been deteriorating in spite of countless development efforts over the past few decades, constituting the gap not only between the haves and have-nots but also between the wealthy countries and under-developed nations as inevitable outcomes. Even worse, the inability of individuals to collect the amount of money needed to pay school or university fees causes stress and anxiety for the majority of dwellers in poor countries, which might even prevent them from having children. It is imperative that strong steps should be taken to bridge this knowledge gap with the aim of eliminating the economic and social disparity. There is no doubt that free courses and study programs increase the likelihood of excellent specialists, who would work to bring profit themselves and hence their countries. That would surely compensate for most expenses of the state budget caused by education of no charge.

Despite the justification that has been given for making education free of charge, the state-of-the art technology is also the facilitator of the maturity of a social setting. In the developing countries, the advocates of bringing technological evolution have been made. While the invention of automobiles was a landmark in the technological breakthrough of humankind, the widespread use of computers and telecommunication technology has dramatically reshaped the nature of the society. Above all else, thanks to modern technology, people can spend less on compulsory activities such as working and tend to consume a larger proportion of after-work-life on non-compulsory activities. Modern technologies also account for the evolution of people's perception of society. People tend to develop, modify and repurpose technology for their own use.

Last but not least, the government should achieve an appropriate balance in allocating public funds to education and modern technology. Education and modern technology give an incentive to a better life both personally and collectively. Hence, the cost of education and modern technology should be distributed among people from the power, their locals as well as corporations. What is of ultimate importance is that the government makes this decision thoughtfully and ensures that the proportion is appropriate.

In the light of these facts, one can subscribe to the notion that well- educated individuals boost technological innovations and breakthroughs. Likewise, cutting-edge technologies play an important role in accommodating a better education. We cannot afford to ignore the beauty of any of them.
