Task 1. Work in pairs. Read the following advertisement and fill in the notes. (Làm việc theo cặp. Đọc quảng cáo sau và điền vào phần ghi chú.)

- Work experience: experience as a tour guide, fluent English

Task 2. Write a letter to Vinatour, applying for the job mentioned in the advertisement in Task 1. Your letter should include the following details. (Viết một lá thư gửi đến Vinatour, nộp đơn xin việc đã được đề cập đến ở bài quảng cáo trong Bài tập 1. Thư của bạn phải bao gồm những chi tiết sau.)

- Tên, địa chỉ và ngày viết

- Tên và địa chỉ công ty

- Mở bài: cho biết bạn đã đọc mẩu quảng cáo ở đâu và lý do viết đơn xin việc

- Thân bài: nói rõ trình độ học vấn, kinh nghiệm làm việc và cá tính/sở thích của bạn

- Kết bài: bày tỏ ước muốn được làm việc cho công ty và cho biết khi nào bạn có thể đến phỏng vấn

- Kết thư

I am writing in reply to your advertisement in the Vietnam News for experienced English-speaking local guides to accompany foreign visitors on trips throughout Vietnam.

I think I meet all of the qualifications that you specify. I was awarded High School Certificate two years ago. After leaving high school, I worked as an accountant in a small travel agency for one year, where I was given a training course on tourism. Then I had one year of experience as a tour guide so I know many tourist areas in Vietnam and have a basic knowledge of Vietnamese culture, history and geography.
