As climate change increasingly becomes an urgent global issue, some argue that our focus should shift from thwarting its progress to learning to coexist with it. However, this perspective is not without its merits and drawbacks, particularly in the context of Vietnam.
Proponents of the view that we need to live with climate change often highlight the inevitability of the phenomenon. For instance, given Vietnam's elongated coastline, rising sea levels have already manifested in the form of recurrent floods in urban areas like Ho Chi Minh City. Traditional measures to combat this, such as building barriers, are deemed unsustainable in the long run. Moreover, the nation's agriculture, largely based in the Mekong Delta, is susceptible to increasing salinity due to these rising sea levels. It's argued that strategies should be designed to adapt crops, rather than futilely combating an inexorable force. Nevertheless, a counterargument arises when considering the potential for human ingenuity. In the past, Vietnamese farmers have been known to develop innovative farming techniques in response to challenges, signifying that perhaps preemptive action against climate change might not be as hopeless as believed.
However, I believe that solely adapting to climate change is a perilous approach. Whilst mitigation measures might not offer immediate relief, their long-term implications for the environment and socio-economic structures are invaluable. Taking Vietnam as a case in point, its burgeoning tourism industry, which thrives on natural attractions such as Ha Long Bay and Phong Nha Caves, stands at risk if we merely accept the wrath of climate change. Were these treasures to be compromised, not only would the nation's economy suffer, but an irreplaceable part of its cultural identity would be lost forever. In the face of such potential devastation, striving to prevent, rather than simply endure, is the more sagacious choice.
In conclusion, while the immediate realities of climate change in places like Vietnam might prompt some to advocate for acclimatization over prevention, I firmly opine that efforts to halt this global crisis should remain paramount. By doing so, we not only safeguard our present but also bequeath a sustainable legacy to future generations.

Climate change represents a major threat to life on Earth, but some people argue that we need to accept it rather than try to stop it. I completely disagree with this opinion since such a practice might lead to irreversible consequence which could be avoided if efforts are put in protecting the environment and minimizing human footprint on the Earth’s climate.
Firstly, trying to live with climate change is a false belief which might result in disastrous implications. To give just one example, I am not optimistic that we would be able to cope with continuing rises in sea levels due to climate change. Millions of people would be displaced by flooding, particularly in countries that do not have the means to safeguard low-lying areas. These people would lose their homes and their jobs, and eventually be forced to migrate to nearby cities or perhaps to other countries. The potential for human suffering and financial loss would be huge, which would be compounded by the outbreaks of disease and famine, as well as increased homelessness and poverty.
Secondly, the idea of slowing climate change is feasible through the implementation of various measures carried out by governments and individuals. Governments could introduce laws to limit the carbon dioxide emissions that lead to global warming, which might include imposing “green taxes” on drivers, airline companies and other polluters and investing in renewable energy production from solar, wind or waterpower. As individuals, people should also try to limit their contribution to climate change, by becoming more energy efficient, by flying less, and by using bicycles and public transport. Furthermore, the public can affect the actions of governments by voting for politicians who propose to tackle climate change, rather than for those who would prefer to ignore it.
In conclusion, it is clear to me that must address the problem of climate change since finding ways to live with it might lead to irreversible consequences. Rather than enduring, individuals and governments can join hands to slacken the speed of climate change by imposing green policies and saving resources.

Many are of the opinion that individuals should accept the reality of climate change rather than try to combat it. In my opinion, certain levels of acceptance are pragmatic, but it is still important to take meaningful steps.
Those who argue a passive approach point to the ineffectual impact of individuals. The vast majority of problems related to climate change cannot be countered by individual action because they primarily involve corporations and governments. For example, companies that produce packaged foods, such as potato chips and instant noodles, create far more plastic waste and industrial pollution in one day than a single person will in their entire life. Governments can make a greater different by enacting regulations to ensure that the methods of production and materials employed are more environmentally friendly. It thus follows that the average person is justified resigning themselves to the facts of climate change and living in an area that is not especially affected.
However, the combined impact of individuals highlighting climate change will influence key policy decisions. The best examples of this are in European countries such as France and Denmark where green parties hold tremendous sway in government. Individuals empower these political parties not only by voting but also through protests and consumer decisions. Even governmental bodies that are not as eco-friendly must take the environment into account when passing laws. Furthermore, corporations are now cognizant of changes in consumer behavior. Massive conglomerates such as Starbucks frequently advertise their environmental policies. This has only happened because individuals have demanded these reforms.
In conclusion, the seemingly marginal impact of individuals belies their true influence over more powerful authorities. Concerned citizens should therefore continue to vocally curb the hastening of climate change.

There have been divergent opinions as regards whether global warming ought to be esteemed a concern worth tackling or something they should gloss over and get accustomed to. This essay will discuss both perspectives and present the personal view.
On the one hand, it goes without saying that climate change can be an enormous nuisance due to the following rationales. First and foremost, erratic changes regarding the atmosphere may have perilous impact on human health. To exemplify, there has been an intolerable heat wave which had made myriad Australian citizens fainted along with a minority of them passed away. Over and above, climate change can severely deteriorate the crops which farmers live on. To the best of my knowledge, unpredictable weather affects negatively the way crops grow, which leads to an array of farmers who have to give up their livelihood for they cannot profit from it anymore. All in all, the aforementioned things are what prompt people to devise better plan in order to mitigate this environmental hindrance.
On the other hand, there should not be any modification in respect of global warming on account of a couple reasons. The first cogent reason is that many have an unwavering conviction that climate change is simply a repercussion for what human did, and it is of our duty to be responsible for it. In a religious sense, we are duty-bound to accept the punishment from deities and live with it remorsefully. Another pivotal rationale is that some believe in the human's ability to adapt with new environment. According to Darwin's evolution theory, it is within the bound of possibility to survive in this arduous climate as we are likely to sustain and ultimately get accustomed with the new environment. Hence, there is no need to improve this situation.
By and large, to my way of thinking, while it is true that human is a miraculous entity that can withstand the vicissitudes of global warming, it still needs contemplating that in order to completely adapt to climate change, there will be a myriad of casualties; thus, it is of my personal belief that we should ameliorate the environmental issue as soon as possible.

Perhaps the greatest threat to the world is not regional conflicts, terrorism, or political instability, but climate change and environmental degradation. If we do not address this greatest danger properly and timely, we will be responsible for our own extinction, and I do not believe that we should find ways to live with it by doing nothing about it.
To commence with, the rising global temperature, Arctic ice melting, deforestation, air pollution and depletion of the ozone layer are all connected and would lead to a single event - the destruction of the world. We have already harmed the environment to a great extent, and the time has come for all nations to work together to reduce the environmental damage caused by our actions and greed. The sudden flood in the USA, intense storms in Asia, and unpredictable droughts in Africa are all resulting from climate change, and this change is occurring more rapidly than ever before. If we let this continue, the future would be even more perilous. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, consequences of climate change include the increased intensity of storms including tropical cyclones, increased risks of drought, wetter Asian monsoons, and, possibly, more intense mid-latitude storms.
The last thing humans should do to turn a blind eye to this imminent problem and learn to live with it, of course, unless we want the termination of the human race! There is a lot to do, and we should start implementing regional cooperation right now. Every individual should contribute by emitting fewer fumes and planting as many trees as possible while the use of fossil fuel should be globally prohibited. Industrial countries have more responsibilities as they contribute more to environmental degradation and an international panel should be formed by giving it supreme power to make any legislation to curb the environmental damages.
To conclude, for our existence on Mother Earth, we should take immediate actions at individual, regional and international levels to check climate change. Otherwise, we will fail to save our planet and future generations.

Climate change is one of the most pressing issues of our time, and there is a growing consensus among scientists and policymakers that urgent action is needed to prevent its worst effects. In light of this, the idea that we should simply learn to live with climate change is misguided and dangerous. While it may be true that some level of adaptation will be necessary as temperatures continue to rise and weather patterns become more extreme, this should not be seen as a substitute for efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
One reason why the "live with it" approach is problematic is that it fails to account for the immense costs that climate change is likely to impose on society. According to the United Nations, climate change could cost the world economy as much as $360 billion per year by 2030, and up to $1.2 trillion per year by 2060. This includes both the direct costs of climate impacts, such as damage to infrastructure and property, as well as indirect costs such as lost productivity, health impacts, and displacement of people.
Furthermore, the idea of simply living with climate change ignores the fact that it is likely to disproportionately affect the most vulnerable members of society. For example, low-income communities and people living in coastal areas or areas prone to drought or extreme weather events are likely to bear the brunt of climate impacts. This is already being seen in many parts of the world, where communities are experiencing more frequent and severe heatwaves, floods, and storms.
In addition, taking a "live with it" approach could also undermine efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prevent further warming. If people believe that it is futile to try and stop climate change, they may be less likely to support measures such as transitioning to renewable energy or reducing consumption.
To conclude, climate change and its dire consequences are real. We need to take every measure possible to revert to the damages caused to the mother planet and take initiatives to prevent climate change for our own survival. This is why "learning to live with it" is misguided and a dangerous approach which will only accelerate our destruction and extinction.

Global warming has become a moot issue among the masses. Some argue that people must attempt to combat climate change, while others consider they should adapt accordingly. In my perspective, masses combating climate change can positively reduce carbon emission, control pandemics and other climate emergencies.
First off, endeavors must be done by the masses to tackle climate change. It is ostensible that if people understand that their inhuman activities can put the world at risk. To elaborate, the number of vehicles run on the road and release toxic gases that mix in the air and are responsible for creating environmental hazards. So, they can use carpooling to reduce the emission. Moreover, variations in climate cause a dearth of famine and pandemics—the mortality rate increases. So, instead of deforestation, afforestation is lucrative to curb transformations in the environment.
On the other hand, a few masses do not have a long-term vision, which is just due to ignorance. They consider that their single action has little or no role in escalating global warming. They surprise others by saying that everything will be adjusted according to changing climate. Thus, their conservative thinking exacerbating the climate conditions. They do not want to bear the financial loss. They depend on businesses that bring enormous profits for them. Instead of curbing global warming, they prefer to survive in the same climatic conditions. For example, if manufacturers are told to use eco-friendly products, then they abnegate because of the slow process of earning money rather than they produce in bulk even at the cost of emission of fossil fuels.
In conclusion, Thus, it is apparent that curtailing global warming by making arduous efforts is more demanding nowadays instead of adjusting according to the changing climate conditions. Methods apart from fighting climate alterations are useless for the existence of humanity.
